I am from the IP Office world learning CM. The version I am working on is the latest CM 5 v 15 i think. I have a pri circuit that will present 4 digits. The extension numbers are the same as the 4 digits.. the hunt group currently is not. Its intended for their main business number. the last four of this number do not match the hunt group number. I am used to the phrase "incoming call route" in IP office to do all this, but here I am at a loss.. thanks for your help!

asasuming the number arrives on a PRI, you can change it via "change incooming trunk x", where X is the trunk group #. You can put in the EXACT 4 digits you want to change, delete them, and insert whatever digits you want.

Or you could just change the hunt group # to match the 4 digit incomming #...

Comminication Manager is much simpler than the IP Office..
