How do i retrieve Emails in Express into OL 2003

First let me thank JHaith for all the help with my Outlook '03 issue. I still don't know what it was, but it seems fully operational and I am very grateful.

Now I have a lot of emails in Express that I need to save. How do I move them into Outlook 2003?

If it's on the same machine, in Outlook go to File, Import....

And Jhaith... thank you again! I don't know the how's and why's, but it is working. I got my stuff transferred over and it is operable.

I DO notice that I seem to be freezing up more... whenever I am on IE, if I open Outlook and anything else, everything just freezes. If it is Outlook and IE only, I am fine but anything else bogs it down.

I checked the task manager too... is the scvhost.exe supposed to be occupying 80%+ of the CPU???

Are you sure it's SCVHOST.exe and not SVCHOST.exe? SCVHOST.exe is a virus.
