How do I retrieve deleted voice mail?

I am running Norstar Voice Mail 4.0 and need to retrieve a deleted voicemail from a particular mailbox. Can anyone help me figure this out?

sorry bud, but as far as i can tell- your message is gone-you cant retrieve it-

Non retrievable once it's deleted and you have exited from the mailbox.
