How do I retrieve a page of a certain page layout?

Hi,

I need to retrieve a page of page layout A, which is associated with content type Ac.

Currently, I am playing around with SPFileCollection and SPListCollection. Not too sure which is the better choice.

Does anyone have any good advice?
