How do i retain quality in my animated movie?

Hello all, I just finished a short animated film (5 mintues) which was rendered uncompressed at the resolution of 720 by 405.

I edited the project on Adobe Premiere 6.5 (the only version I have) but whenever I export movie, i have a Drastic loss in quality. I have tried exporting a number of different formats and a number of different codecs but it seems that no matter what i do, i have an unacceptable loss in quality.

Can someone here please give me advice on what to do about this on 6.5?
