but it doesn't address my question, so I'll ask it here.
User somehow lost all items in Cabinet folder. HOW is less an issue at the moment than retrieving them. (Can't see any filter or view problems, nothing's been changed on this user's PC, so have to assume the messages are gone).
My network guy created a Restore area and loaded it from a backup tape. I'm testing on my account, his account, and another user's account, and we can see the Mailbox items that were in our accounts at the time of the backup, but not the Cabinet folder items.
Is this the expected behavior? Or is there some way we can get to the Cabinet folder items in the Restore area?
I'm desparate. Thanks for any suggestions you can share.
