How do I resize all layers at once? 2

I have an 800x600 .psd file, with multiple layers. I want to increase the size of everything to fit 1024x768. I know how to increase the canvas size, it's just a matter of streatching out all of my layers. Does anyone know how, without merging the layers?

Image size will change the content... canvase size just adds extra space around the content.

If you do want to resize multiple layers at the same time you would first link them together, then when you resize they all stick together.

I linked all of the layers together, but what else do I have to do in order to resize all of the layers together?

press ctrl-t or go to edit- transform - free transform
