One of our employees forgot the password and has entered an incorrect one too many times, causing it to lock the mailbox. I know you can use feature 983 to unlock and reset passwords, but I can't seem to find the General Delivery Mailbox.
you have the method just need the GD mailbox. the General delivery is mailbox 10, 100, or 1002 depending on the length of your extensions on the dial plan.
BTW
the GD and the system administrator mailboxes come pre-loaded on the voicemail and cannot be deleted.
