How do I reset station VM password

I have just been assigned the IT duties of the office and have a couple of stations where the users have changed the voicemail password to something other than what is in my records. How do I reset the password and/or station, so that I can clear out and reassign there station?

It would depend on the system you have. What model of voicemail do you have installed? You could try and log in your voicemail and see if you have admin rights, if so you should be able to press 8 to access the admin of the voicemail.

The system has been in this office far longer than I have. The Manual I was given was for Starplus Triad XTS Digital key telephone system. All I know is it is a Vodavi XTS LDK-PSU 300 system.

When you are in your voicemail press 8 and the password is 2275 Follow instructions to reset password to 0000

The real problem with your answer imwadej is that I HAVE TO HAVE THE PASSWORD to get into the mailbox in the first place! The users are gone, I do not have there password to get into the voicemail in the first place. I understand I can reset the password inside the voicemail, I need to do it outside the voicemail box!
