HOW DO I REQUERY LIST BOXES AFTER UPDATE IN A COMBO BOX 1

i know this question has come up before but i have read other explanations and cant get my head round them....
i have a form with one combo box and below it there are list boxes that need to show other parts or the record after the combo is updated. the combo is looking at a query that contains all the information the combo and list boxes need to be updated. all this information is kept on the same table. please help!!!
 
On the After Update event of the combo box, make the Select Query for your list boxes use the combo box value as the filter criteria for the query and requery the list boxes.
