How do I replace <put_webserver_hostname_here> within URL's 1

Whether I use Alert notification, or SMTP url's, my current setup shows this option in an email as...

http://<put_webserver_hostname_here...FgLXIxzCJRaA&sf=Sum+({@02+Compare+count})+>+0

How do O get rid of <put_webserver_hostname_here> and replace it with my server name.

I suspect this to be a setting somewhere.
