How do I remove the Windows SP3 Service Pack blocker tool?

I just downloaded and installed the Windows SP3 Service Pack 3 update blocker tool. (At least I think I did. There's a new "SPBlockingTool.exe" file in my folder and when I click on it, a black background window says, "Action Successfully Completed. How can I tell for sure that the blocking tool is prperly installed?).

I want to wait a couple months before I install SP3.

My question is, how do I remove the blocker tool, when I'm ready to update and install the SP3 Service Pack?
