How do I remove the perforated box around my Swap Image?

I have an Image which I use the Swap Image behavior on with a Mouse down event.

when I click on it in a browser a perforated box outlines the image which ruins the look of my page.

I found some code elsewhere in this forum which does remove it, but it still appears for a fraction of a second, does anyone know how to remove it completely?

The code I use is inserted is: onFocus='this.blur()'
