how do I remove space created by supressing duplicates ?

I have set 'supress if duplicate' on the details section of my report, how do I remove the blank space created by the supressed duplicates ?

This setting applies to a single field object , not to a section. If you want to only see one detail line per duplicate value you:

1-group on that value
2-put your fields on the group footer
3-hide the detail section/group header. Ken Hamady
