how do i remove mirar toolbar?

Hi there,

Somehow my mom got the mirar toolbar attached to her Internet Explorer browser. I googled and tried a few different ways of deleting it, but it is still there. None of the HKey files they wanted me to delete were there. Is there any way that someone could tell me how to really get rid of this browser hijacker of sorts. My mom is a senior with Lymphoma cancer and can't afford to pay for expensive programs or computer help...i thank you in advance for any help you may give.

Malwarebytes Antimalware

SuperAntispyware Free Edition

Both can be downloaded at
