How do i remove EventHandler - PLS HELP

Hi - I've purchased an XML Website Template. The Menu "moves" on&off the screen depending on mouse movement. The author of the website template has advised to remove the "onMouseMove function" if I want to have Menu "fixated".
The 'onmousemove' event handler is attached onto a movie clip.

I'm NEW to Flash Technology. How do i "REMOVE" this event hander on Macromedia Flash ? See attachment.

Pls HELP. Thanks in advance.
