I need to re-record a main menue (prompt) for an existing auto-attendant extension 502. This is not the default main menu. When I use a phone and dial the auto-attendant administration (ext. 999, PW 0000), I only have access to the default main menue (aamenu) I need access to the new menu (1.wav). I did not have any option to select attendant 502. I did not use the play/record extension (101), I used another extension. Was this my problem? I appreciate any help, Thanks!
