There might be a few ways to this, I am trying to send an email to list of people I have Filtered from a my database, my email address have to come from a tavle or query as i am using the ColumnToLine statement... any other ways of doing this would be greatly Apreciated... I dont know how to use the forms recordset as my email list. thanks again.

Please explain what is "ColumnToLine". It certainly is not a documented feature of Access. In fact, Microsoft has no idea what it is. Robert Berman
