How do I push out ADD to 250 agents

First Im not network server savvy, Im just trying to point the IT guys in the right direction. They were tryng to push out the ADD to 250 desktops using group policy for active directory. They are getting some kind of validation error on the msi file. They also have tried the Windows SUS without success. They cant/wont give users admin rights to load, thus the push out. How can this be done? Can someone point me in the right direction and I'll pass it along. Otherwise we will have to visit 250 desktops and that would be CRAZY. Help Please!

What version? Symposium Web Client 4.5 or CCMA 6?

The CCMA 6 documentation is silent on pushing the ADD application. The only thing I find is that it says the executable file can be stored on a central network location.

Hopefully, a brave sole has navigated these waters before and will share the information...

Well, I'm not too sure of the exact details of how to do an SMS push, eiher. But the desktop push folks at our company do push ADD all the time. It does require an ini file that contains the IP addresses of both the CCMS and CCMA.
