hey.
I've recently got a video capture card for my digital camcorder.
I was wondering how I would create an object or something that would hold a quicktime movie or other format???

anyone with any knowledge or ideas about how to publish a .mpg or .avi etc on a webpage would be greatly appreciated!
thankyou all!

If the movie file is bigger than 1 meg, you're best off just linking to it for download.

no, it wont be bigger than a meg.

I just want to know how I can include a small box (object) on a webpage.

secondly, my camcorder can work as a webcam, does anyone know any information about how I would include a live video stream.

and thirdly, does anyone know how to make a .rm file (real media) file, so I can stream any video files I have???

thankyou all very much!

use <object> and <embed> object for IE and embed for NN

could also convert from mpeg to swf and use flash to show movie Bastien
