Hello:

I am using VB 6.0 and Crystal Reports 8.5 to create an application that links to an Access datatable. I have a "search form" on my VB application that brings up a record that the user requested (or search for). I have a Crystal Report which prints the entire datatable, but how can I print an individual report for each searced record. As in, how can I print a report that only included the current record found on the search screen? Any help? I know how to do it in Access..reference the form(ie. datasource =[Forms]![TestForm]![TestField]. But do I do something similar in Crystal Reports with VB 6.0. PLEASE HELP!!

Martin

You'd probably do better posting in the Crystal Reports Integrate forum, this is formulas.

You have options: you can create a recordset, explicitly pass each value, create a temp table and report on that, etc.

Check for a guide to using VB and Crystal, or check knowledgebase, etc.
