I need to print multiple reports onto one Page. EG. I would like to print Page 11 generated from ReportA onto the Right Hand Corner of a page, and then Print Page 24 from ReportB onto the Left Hand Corner of the page. etc etc.
At present, I use Macro's to do it, but have to tediously feed the same sheet into the printer as many times as is required. Any help would be appreciated. With thanks.

Thankyou for the help. I did try adding subreports to a blank report. This works fine for printing out the respective reports on the one page, with the page numbers of the respective reports in order.
However, my problem is that I need to print out different page numbers of the respective reports in an order that I can nominate.

EG.
For the FIRST PAGE that I want to print...
I would like page 5 (of a report that generates 20 pages of information) on the right hand side of THE page. THEN, page 17 (of a report that generates eg. 30 pages) on the left hand side of THE page. That would then come out of the printer.

Then for the second page that I want to print...
page 6 on RH... page 18 on LH etc. etc.

.. for the third page...

How can I do this. Your help greatly appreciated.

Access is not a word processing program. It just retrieves the data you want through nice-looking reports. But those reports do not have the capability you require.

Best way to do it (IMO) would be to have the subreports getting the data you need through parameter queries and running the report several times.

Maybe someone else can help you with this...

Thanks. Perhaps someone might be able to tell me how to print out from a Report just one particular page. eg page 5 out of a 20 page report. YES, I know that I can do this with a macro, however, I would like to be able to do it from the Report set up. eg. There is an ONPRINT function in the report properties. Can this be set up with a function to just print out a particular page?
Many thanks,
Andrew
