I have a report that generates say 30 pages. I only want to print page eg. 5. Yes, I can do this from a Macro. But I need to do it from a REPORT. I notice that in the report properties, there is a ONPRINT function. Can code for a page number be inserted here to print out a page? What would the code format be? Or is there another way I can do this? Seems a simple request? In anticipation, many thanks.

I don't know if this is as advanced as you want, but I already use this for my users:

Press CTRL-P and select the pages / page that you want to print.

Good Luck,

Steve.

Thankyou Steve.
I really need to specify a certain page in a report to print using some code or automated method. Wonder if there is a way to do it?

Why I would like to do this is... I would like to imbed the report with the specified page number to print, as a sub-report.

Then, when the main report is generated

the particular page specified in the sub report,

will show on the print preview screen and print out on command.

Many thanks and look forward to hearing.
Andrew
