Hello,

Is there a way to prevent web page text from expanding when a user changes the text size setting in Internet Explorer?

I get my web page to look just right when the text size of IE is set on the default of Medium. However, when I increase Internet Explorer's Text Size setting to "larger" or "largest", the text fonts grow and distort the entire page. The table cells containing text end up stretching out, which misaligns the entire page structure.

I've played around with the text size setting on other web sites, and there is no effect on text when the setting is increased. How is this done? Is there some trick to preventing a change in IE's text size setting from making my web page look terrible?

Thanks for any help,

Dave

You can use css to cause the text or even line spacing to not be changed.
