how do i out an RDB?

Hey everyone,

trying to out the following rdb's.
I have called all 4 and they all just hit fast busy, so can i assume they are safe to delete? can anyone tell by my ROUTs if they cannot be deleted? route 13 is my inter office tie line, 50 is my pri.

I also need to out them so i can build them into a cdp/dsc but can't unitl they're outed. i cant figure out which LD i can do that in.

Any routes that don't have any trunks assigned can be removed OK in LD 16.

i dont want to out the rout. just the 8009, 8012, 8020, and 8050.
i started the LD 16 - out, but it does ask me for a rout. if i leave it blank, will it eventually prompt me with a DN?

ld 16, req = chg, type = rdb, press enter until you get down to ACOD and change the number, you can't delete it
