How do I out an ACD that has no agents so that I can out the CDN

I have an ACD as DFDN in a CDN. I have removed all agent TN's but it will not let me delete the acd and will not let me delete the cdn either ????

have you prt the acdn in ld 11 to make sure all the agents are out?

AS bigindian says do a dnb print to make sure it does not appear on supervisors phones for monitoring purposes. Then on the CDN change the DFDN to another number and try to out the ACD.

I want to get rid of the CDN. I can get rid of the ACD by changing the DFDN of the CDN, but can not ever get rid of the CDN because it always is pointed to some ACD group....

Been reading about templates and wondering if that is something I need to look in to of deleting templates. I have a 1000mg, what I read about templates refers to Opt 11 style systems....

You might want to check to see if any other ACD or CDN's point to it
