How do I not to show scrollbar in full-screen-popup?

The following page,

holds a link to a full-screen-popup, the page has a scrollbar, how can I hide this so there is not a scrollbar showing?
Any help given is much appreciated,

this can be done in javascript : window.open('url', 'title', 'options')
and this is in the 'options' part that you specify : the size of the window, if you want it to show scrrollbars or not, status bar or not ....
