How do i need to handle this Report

Please help me guys,

How do i need to handle this report...


I do have a Main Report called Appriasal Report.. It has a Subreport too called Drilled to Employee Detail(Forget about this).

If i run the main report, the lower left hand corner gives me select a site and gives 3 states.

If i click any of the states it takes me to detail of that particular state.

now the business users asking me to implement the logic of another report called Seniority listing.
They wnated to remove the Select a site option and put this report called Seniority listing.


When the report launches, I would like to keep the look of today's report called Appriasal Report..
- showing the Overall Performance Appraisal percentages by site.....
From this main report, I suggest a box where a Seniority reporting unit ID can be entered to launch the report
for the respective reporting unit ID. This would launch a report that would show a bar graph for this supervisors
reporting unit ID. From this report we could group by 3 states or and drill
down through the reporting structure.

How i can develop this report ... any suggestions Insert Sub report or use a Hyperlink etc.. Let me know.
