how do I move DHCP scope to new PDC

how do I move DHCP Scope from an old NT server(PDC) to a new server.the old PDC is to be scrapped.

this proceedure is documented on Microsoft's Technet site. It mentions copying a key within the registry (Just do a search on DHCP) and copying the files within the DHCP directory
