How do I make Tomcat 4 serve to the web?

I installed Tomcat 4 on a computer that is connected to the Internet with a static IP. Although 2000 Server is my OS, I don't want to use IIS to serve the pages.

I can successfully view JSPs locally with Tomcat "

http://localhost:8080/project/page.jsp"

and am ready to serve these pages out to the web with Tomcat. What is the next step to making Tomcat 4 serve to the web?
