How do I make the "hand" appear on HM link?

I know I've seen it somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it...I have a Hiermenu Array and the client wants the "hand" to appear when a link is moused over. Can anyone help me please? Thanks.

I **think** that's it, and I also think that it only works in IE --

Well, thanks for your help, but apparently it cannot be done with version 4.0.1 I researched and found that they tried to fix this problem in v3 with disastrous results and therefore decided to scrap the idea.
