How do I make text that looks like this?

Hi, I am using PSP X and I am not an expert. I am wondering if it is possible to make text in the shape of the word STEELERS in the picture. I am not concerned with the font or the logo, I am looking to learn how to make text that is rounded on the bottom but straight across the top and this was the only picture I could find of something similar to what I am talking about. Can anyone tell me if this is possible and if so, how to do it?
