Hi

First of all I must tell you that I´m not sure about the correct words in Inglish...

My problem is that I cant se wich operator that has answered rerouted external calls. Internal looks OK.

Internal:
09131354 0004 NJ 99 9169 00 4001 NJ

How I want my External Rerouted to look:
09131359 0019 NI 8000 085401821 00 4002 002 012 NI 05

At the moment External are shown in to rows. One Incoming to 4002 (switcboard) and one incoming to 8000 (extension). It is a BC9.

Can someone tell me how to do this?

Hello, I can't understand, please write more clear or in Spanish if you can do it

Hi

Can´t do it in Spanish, sorry.

4001 is the extension to an operator (switchboard)
8000 is a "main/direct" number to the operator/pbx

09130721 0009 I 8000 010220 00 010 I 11

09130819 0007 I 4001 010102 00 I

These two lines show a rerouted call that is answered by the operator. I'd like to have them presented in one line as a "NI-call". Like this:

09130827 0001 NI 8000 010102 00 4001 NI

As you can see above the pbx shows me the correct information when it comes to internal calls, but not external.

I have seen it done before, but I dont know how to do it...

Hopefully you can help me out.

I cannot see this as being possible.

I take it you mean you have an external caller coming into the operator? The operator then transfers the call back off switch, in which case two trunks are used, so two call records would be produced.

The MD110 is correct on this one.
