How do I make a .wim file from an XP CD?

I do not want to deploy Windows Vista, I am trying to learn how to use Windows deployment services. It keeps asking me for a .wim file, but my Windows XP CD does not have this.

Thats because it's server 2008 and vista.
Now that you have me interested it seems you need Windows Automated Installation Kit (Windows AIK)

and I believe you will need Business Desktop Deployment 2007
