How do i make a popup menu on a form from right click anywhere 4$hare$

I need a popup menu on my form but I have my form cut out using VBShapedFormCreator. and the background is transparent.

If a user right clicks on the form i want a popup menu.
And if at all possible i would like to keep it to windows components or even using mscomctl.ocx

It is a cartoon player.

I also need to know if you can kill Internet Explorer in fullscreen mode on keypress cos all i can do at the moment is alt f4 and i would like if any key is pressed it switches back yo the normal app.
