How do i make a drop down menu????

I'm tring to make drop down menus when you put the mouse over a button or click on a button. can someone help??

i have dream weaver 4.0 i click on a table or where ever you want it and click "insert" from top menu and chhose "form objects" and choose list/menu from the choises...
