How do I make a DBMS? How do I make a ODBC?
I see some of database drivers and I want to make one
How I do it? There are any website about that?

try

using database desktop with the delphi package
create a few tables.

then control panel -> bde administrator
create a new alias (standard) which points to the directory you created the tables in.

now in delphi,
add a table component, set the datasource to the BDE alias name, voila, you application no has access to you tables.
