how do i make a custom screen with colums 1

Does anyone know how to make a custom screen(tabs) with coloms instead of textboxes? here is a picture of what i am trying to make. this is a screen that came with GM5.0

Sorry - no columns in the user defined fields

Your picture didn't show up but depending on what you are hoping to accomplish, you might want to investigate the details tab. From there you can create a tab with columns and a few data fields. your end users will have to enter the data in the details tab though.
