How do I make a copy of Reporting Services

I want to create a copy of our current Report Services Folders and all the reports in the folders.

I want to create a copy so I can test and make necessary changes to the test copies without affecting our current production Reporting Services reports.

Can someone give me some instructions on how to make copy? Also any additional advice on how I should be doing this is appreciated.

Currently I use the below link to open the reports in internet explorer. If I make a copy of the folders, what will my new link be to my test copies?

I am fairly new to SQL 2005 Reporting Services.
