How do I make a button run an .exe file with action script 1

I am making an flash CD presentation. One of my buttons is used to run a setup.exe What action script do I run to make the button run the program as if the user was clicking on the setup.exe file? I can make it bring up a web page, why not a installation program.

The setup.exe is present in the same folder where the presentation is.

I don't think it would be that hard, I just can't figure it out.

Please help.

The .exe must be in a fscommand direct subfolder to the folder in which the presentation is...
