How do I make a basic Help Screen Pop-up window? 2

I am trying to make a Help screen pop-up window that can be open side-by-side a web site I want to help visitors navigate through. This way they can read the help/tutorial and navigate through the website in the nearby window.

I'd appreciate any help I can get.

To open a new window, you can use an inline script:

In FP Specify new link and add to the properties box

Would this approach work for a web based help page? Basically, I want to add a Webhelp item next to <help | about.> When someone clicks on the menu item, I want my VB6 program to launch a web browser to my help site on the web.
