How Do I make a 3904 the attendant ?

I have a option 11 RLS4.5. How do I make a 3904 the attendant ? where when somebody dials "0" it rings that extension ? Thank you

Just program a SCR key as extention 0:

key 0 scr 0

Or Program the NIT1 with 3904 DN extension (LD 15 print LD 21)

I forgot to tell you something, you have to define the ATDN en LD 15 as number 0:

It operates as an Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) agent on a IP Phone 2004 or an M3904 Digital telephone. A CAP can provide many of the call-handling features required by an attendant such as transferring, parking, and placing calls. Optional IP Phone Key Expansion modules and M3900 Key-Based Accessory modules can be added to the appropriate CAP telephone for additional lines and features, as well as to provide Direct Station Select and Busy Lamp Field functionality.

Ace's description is it - while it looks too easy, the fact is that it is that easy.

Don't change the ATDN, nor the LDN_DATA. In fact, you don't even need to OUT the 2250 consoles right away. Simply set the LD15 NIT1 to the KEY 0 DN of a new 3904 you want to replace the console and program just like Ace's example, using the DNs that make sense in your dialing setup.

before you out the 2250, be sure your not using nit_data or night idc for any thing that you can't work around.. one way i've built a work around was to change the atdn to a non used number then make 0 a maxp 1 acdn/ncfw to the number of the set.. we are doing almost the same thing next year. changing the 2250's to 3905's behind the symposium. customer didn't want to pay for att supervisor features on a 2250 that is eol..
