How do I maintain Border Style for Sizeable with Dialog?

I'm opening a form using the DoCmd with window mode set to acDialog. The form opens, but I have lost the ability to resize the form. If I open the form directly, I do not have this problem, but the form will always be called by a parent form. The focus control needs to be in the open form until closed. This is the reason I'm opening with acDialog.

Can someone shed som light on how I can have a sizeable form and also maintain modal in the opened form?
