who cant find where they are logged in. The system shows the person logged in. I need to force the agent id to logged off in order to allow this person to resign in

If you have BCMR reporting then you should be able to tell what extension is logged in, then busyout the station.

Use the "Remote Logout of Agent" feature access code from a station with console permissions.

"List agent" from ASA to determine the station where the agent ID is logged in at.

Call the agent ID and see who answers/where the call rings at.

I know the the extension of where it is signed into . had them plug and try to manually sign out no go .

I checked my cos for console permissions and it it swooshed to yes. when i press the fac code for remote logout of agent i get a wave off tone.

Try logging in through ASA and busy out the station and then release the station. Then status station XXXX (agent id ansd see if it is call forwarded. It should not be forwarded. You can also List agent XXXX ( agent ID in question)to see it they are or where they are logged in.
