Need a refresher...

Some time ago I programmed two interellia devices on my switch. They were to be used for RAN on the default ACD in the event Symposium or CallPilot is down. I'm now going to fully implement them and am unable to locate them on my switch.

In which LD do you program the RAN/interellia, and/or print what is existing?

Once located where are they added on the ACD to provide RAN broadcasts to callers?

This is non-urgent, but your help is appreciated.

prt your RDB in ld 21, should see RAN type on 2 I imagine

So now that I know the RANs (thanks again); I update the programmed ACD accordingly... the FRRT, SRRT and NRRT (?).

Thanks for your help, I think I'm done now.

Thanks, that was outstanding.
