How do I load PC plus onto a mobile phone w/keyboard?

It can be done according to someone on here, but I dont' know how to load the PC plus software into the phone.


(I am the one that needs to make admin changes to our PBX and I am always on the road and almost NEVER in the office to use it on my PC) ...

It is not possible since it would require either a DOS or Windows install and I am not aware of any phone with such an environment. There are no stripped-down versions of Procomm that can go on a phone.
