How do I Limit website access in Internet Explorer? 1

I want to lock down Internet Explorer so that my employees can only access one website. Can anyone give me some tips on how to do this?

you can use a third party program i htink norton personal firewall will do that or blackice defender, linux has someting that will do it as well, search the net for more, try

Is there a way I can do this if I do use a proxy server, and I want only some specific computers/users on my network to be limited to access just one site?
