I am having some problems with ACD and I was wondering if there is a command to check if agents are logged or not.

In addition to that I will realy appreciate if someone tell me how to see what external phone number is assigned to each queue.

Thanks in advance,

Israel.

To see who is logged in:
In LD 10, print the ACD number.
REQ PRT
TYPE DNB
DN <acd-nr>

you will now have a list of all agents that is assigned to that queue.

Now, give the stat command on each card that was listed from the above command.

For example if you know that TN 7 7 (op11) is a member of the acd queue you wanted to know about, give the STAT 7 command in LD 10, 32 or whatever.. Look at position 7.
It is saying if the agent is logged out, logged in etc.

What extension that is assigned to the queue?
The number that someone calls to get in the queue?
Difficult to say.
It could be the same as the ACD number, or a phantom number or a CDN number.

I always recommend a course to get basic knowledge of the system. It costs money, but is well spent..

You could set up a tty for a dumb terminal and use the C2 package. would give you basic acd admin functions

"It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you."

Actually I am trying to have the course payed by the company, but at this time they do not want to pay it.

How much is a Nortel course in your country? Here in Brazil each module costs about U$1500.00.

Regarding the external number assigned to the queue, I believe it is a phantom number, the CDN list is empty.

Thanks for the assistance.
