How do I know which service pack I'm running?

Hi,

I'm trying to update my backup exec 9.1 4691 server to service pack 5.

I've installed the SP5 update and everything seemed to go well but when I look at the about backup exec menu it doesn't show up as SP5.

How do I know it's installed? The veritas update menu doesn't seem to work either.The website it goes to show no installed updates and no available either.

This feature was not added until Backup Exec 11d.

The only way you can tell is by Add/remove or looking at the files versions and compare them to the Service Pack or hotfix technotes.
