Hi,

I presume by checking cards installed I can see if a site will support DECT phones, but I don't know how to do this. I don't think the site does but I wish to confirm this is the case.

I'd be grateful for any advice on this as I'm failing to find how to do it on google.

You can generate and inventory from the system itself. If you go to LD 177 and run the command INV GENERATE CARDS it will start an inventory check wait for this to be completed and then run the command INV PRT CARDS and it will out put the inventory to the TTY. IF you would like to see everything as in cards and sets you run the command INV GENERATE ALL and then INV PRT ALL.

I couldn't get anything to run on the SBO as I logged in to get a Linux BASH prompt, which I'm not familiar with at all. So I run those commands on the primary CS1K which gave the following.

=> inv prt cards

How do I interpret this to tell me what's available on the SBO at 192.168.52.2?

How ever there are DMC Cards allocated in System
For example that one 500 , 008 0 01, NTCW00AB 02 SB86902736 0810
Maybe should check avaible licences in ovl 22 , REQ SLT <Enter>

When you say SBO are you referring so a branch office or survivable media gateway?

I don't know tbh, I've just been told it's an SBO on that site & the system should fail over to it if the primary fails.
